About Transcripts
General Information
Sacramento State University has multiple options for ordering official transcripts:
Order Transcripts Online
- Electronic format, Paper format for mailing, and Paper format for Pick Up
- $11.00 per transcript
- 2 -3 business day processing time (does not include mail and delivery time)
Order Transcripts in person at the Bursar’s Office
- Paper format only – for Mail Delivery or Pick Up
- $8.00 per transcript
- 5-7 business day processing time (does not include mail and delivery time)
Order Transcripts by mail
- Paper format only – for Mail Delivery or Pick Up
- $8.00 per transcript
- 5-7 business day processing time (does not include mail and delivery time)
- Payments can be made out to: CSU, Sacramento
- Submit payment and Paper Transcript Request Form to:

Ordering a Transcript
Current Students
- Log into your My Sac State account.
- Go to your Student Center.
- Select Order Transcripts Online.
Alumni or Former Students
Helpful Information
Parchment requires Learners to create a Parchment account for ordering transcripts. This helps with following up on orders and makes it easier for a student to order transcripts in the future. Visit the Parchment website for support articles, troubleshooting, to report a case or chat with an agent during business hours.
Unofficial Transcripts
Current Students can generate an unofficial transcript through their Sac State Student Center.
For security purposes and protection of students’ private information, unofficial transcripts are available in person only at the Student Services Center for Alumni and Former Students. Simply present a government issued photo ID in Lassen Hall 1000 for same day print out of unofficial transcripts.
If an Alumni or Former Student is unable to come to campus during business hours, we recommend placing an order or an electronic copy that students can keep in their electronic records for use at any time. Unofficial copies are not available over email, phone, or fax and can only be requested directly by the student.
Incoming Transcripts
All students can submit official transcripts via email to incomingtranscripts@shorinji-kempo.net (Must be sent directly from your school/college to be considered official transcripts. Faxes are not permitted).
Students applying to Sacramento State are required to send official transcripts from all previous schools attended to:
